The radial bound of the gear ring △Fr, within one rotation of the gear, the testing header is in the grooves or on the gear, and touch the both sides of the high and middle part of the groove, and the testing header shall point to the axle of the gear. Therefore, the radial bound inspection is performed according to the testing header of original shape of the groove. The sketch shows the theory indication of this tester. During the test, fix the tested gear installed on the axle between the two probes of the tester, and insert the testing headers with original groove shape into the grooves of the gear in order. Then the bound status of the testing header to the rotation axle of the gear shall be indicated.
The instrument is mainly used for inspecting the radial bound, circular bound and end surface circular bound of the axial or disk parts. The product is novel and good-looking in design, and its accuracy is high while it is very convenient in use. Main technique parameters: 1、 The radial circular bound of the Morse No.2 finial 60°cone surface to the Morse cone≤0.005mm; 2、 The parallelism between the finial axle within the scope of 100mm and the leading track (parallel and vertical direction)≤0.004mm; 3、 The max diameter of the tested part is 270mm; 4、 Measuring length 300mm、500mm、1000mm、1500mm.
I. Usage: It is widely used for measuring the axial and disk products and parts, and mainly inspecting their radial bound, ellipticity and end surface differences. II. Advantages: 1. Adopts granite instrument stand, and thus increases the accuracy of benchmark plane and decreases the self accuracy difference of the instrument. 2. The movable indicator stand of the gauge can be placed to any part of the indicator stand to perform measurement. 3. The indicator stand shall never get rusted, and is convenient to be used and kept. III. Way of use: Tighten the handle of the eccentricity axle, and fix the finial stand. Fix the moveable finial stand at the appropriate position according to the length of the tested part.Press down the ball head handle, put the part in, and fix the part with the two probes through the hole in the center of the part.Tighten the tightening handle, and fix the finial.Adjust the moveable stand of the gauge at the required position, and the inspection can be performed with coordination of the dial indicator (clock gauge). IV. Accessory: One set of moveable stand of the gauge. It is equipped with a pair of Morse No.4 finials, which improves the measuring accuracy of the bench center and increases the support strength to the tested parts. It can measure the radial, end surface and bevel bound of precise parts. The design of the indicator stand is delicate and reasonable, and it can be easily adjusted to all directions. The rigidity of the indicator stand is high, and thus the sensitivity of the testing instrument is improved. Main technique parameters: Normal type: The accuracy of the radial rotation is 0.003mm. The parallelism between the side leading track and the link of the two finials is 0.005mm (A03, B03 type), 0.008mm (A05, B05 type), 0.02mm (A10, B10 type). The max diameter of the tested part is 250mm. The max lengths of the tested part are 300mm, 500mm, 1000mm. It is equipped with a pair of Morse centers of 4# rigidness, which escalates the measuring precision and increases the support strength on measured parts. It can be used for the radial run-out, end run-out and tilting circular run-out. The design of the meter stand is deliberate and reasonable, and it can be adjusted easily to all directions. The operation is easy and the rigidness of the meter stand is good, which improved the delicacy of the instrument. It is especially suitable for the measurement of grinded parts. Main parameters:
The instrument is fixed with the finial support, and under the coordination of data collecting and processing equipment, it can measure 8 kinds of shape and position differences of the axial parts and disc/sleeve parts, including roundness, column roundness, coaxality, axes, straightness, cable-line straightness, cable-line parallelism, circular bound (radial, end surface, bevel), and radial full bound. Main technique parameters: 1. The accuracy of the radial rotation is 0.4um. 2. The straightness of the side leading track is 5um (I-type), 6um (II-type), 2um/100mm. 3. The parallelism between the side leading track and the finial axle is 7um (I-type) and 8um (II-type), 3.5um/100mm. 4. The max diameter of the tested part is 250mm. 5. The max length of the tested part is 500mm (I-type) and 800mm (II-type).
