2. For the erection, commissioning of important equipment, the site technique service team shall be led by our assistant general engineer to resolve various problems of the clients. And for the keystone projects, we will send representatives to the site.

3. Establish product quality file, perform regular quality follow ups, and solve the emerging problems timely.

4. Actively coordinate with the clients to ensure the well running of the product and the maintenance management work. We can provide spare parts and accessories to clients with cost price at any time.

5. We insist the principle of quality first and customers first, and put the call of customers at the top place. We promise to reply the customer within 24 hours after we receive the notice from the customer, and arrive at the site within 72 hours or 32 hours in emergency with fastest vehicles.

6. When the equipment is delivered to the site, our company shall send personnel to perform opening inspection together with the customer, and complete the reception between the two parties. During the erection phase, we shall send technique experts to make site direction. When performing the tryout and commissioning of the product, we shall also send specialists to coordinate the work, and perform technique direction, including the test, commissioning, in order to ensure the products being put in to use.
